Vintage

All vintage items are final sale, so please shop mindfully. We take great care in inspecting, describing, and measuring every piece. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, minor signs of wear may still be present.

If an item significantly differs from its description or has a major undisclosed flaw, we will gladly accept a return. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order (Instagram DM is the fastest way to reach us), and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

If you have any questions before purchasing, we're always happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or information.

Nhogirl Classic

EU orders: You may return unworn Nhogirl Classic items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International (outside the EU): All Nhogirl Classic sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect Nhogirl Classic item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping

We ship orders within 72 hours, using insured DHL Express (int) and DHL (EU) to ensure your purchase arrives safely.

Vintage drops remain available for approximately 24 hours, after which shipping is closed and remaining items become showroom-exclusive.

Items available in our showroom are not available for shipping, we are unable to make exceptions.

Customs

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to import charges. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.

If an order is refused because customs charges are not paid, it may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities. In these cases, no refund will be be issued.
