Welcome to Nhogirl.com. This website is operated by Nhogirl B.V., registered in the Netherlands. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

Customer: Any individual or legal entity purchasing products through Nhogirl.com.

Consumer: A customer purchasing for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries made through Nhogirl.com.

Any deviations are only valid if agreed to in writing by Nhogirl BV.

3. Products

Nhogirl sells two categories of products:

• Vintage items, which are unique, pre-owned garments.
• Nhogirl Classic, our own collection of newly manufactured garments.

Policies regarding returns differ between these categories.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

Nhogirl BV reserves the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Vintage

All vintage sales are final.

Every vintage item is individually inspected, measured, and described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, minor signs of age or wear may be present.

If a vintage item significantly differs from its description or contains a major undisclosed defect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.

Nhogirl Classic

EU Orders

Consumers within the European Union may return unworn Nhogirl Classic items within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must:

• be unworn and unused;
• be returned with original packaging and tags attached;
• not show signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, or damage.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders (Outside the EU)

All Nhogirl Classic sales outside the European Union are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours of purchase.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. European orders are shipped via DHL or DHL Express.

Delivery times are estimates only. Nhogirl BV cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Products available exclusively in our showroom are not available for shipping.

7. Customs & Import Duties

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees.

Nhogirl B.V. has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

8. Payments

We accept all major credit cards and iDEAL.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.

9. Privacy & Cookies

Nhogirl B.V. uses cookies to improve website functionality, analyse website usage, and provide a better shopping experience.

By using Nhogirl.com, you consent to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings, although this may affect certain website functions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Nhogirl.com—including photographs, product images, graphics, logos, text, branding, and website design—is the intellectual property of Nhogirl BV.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Force Majeure

Nhogirl BV is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, war, transport disruptions, or internet failures.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nhogirl B.V. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
